THE INSPECTION
We inspect the interior of the home, roof void, subfloor, exterior, gardens and yard plus out buildings within 50meters of the main dwelling.
THE EQUIPMENT
Along with using sound-testing and moisture detection equipment we also utilise Thermal Imaging and Radar equipment where required as a non-invasive inspection method plus we also have specialist tools for invasive inspections. (i.e. viewing inside cavities where suspect activity or anomalies may be concealed.)
THE REPORT
Our Pre Purchase Timber Pest Reports come complete with colour photos and a free consultation with the inspector to discuss any findings. Your will receive a thorough report detailing any current termite activity, inactive termite damage, wood rot, fungal decay and conditions conducive to termite attack.
